Tony Jeary

Tony Jeary was born into a family of entrepreneurs whose dedicated influence affected him from the outset. As a child he sold rocks to other neighborhood children, and eventually (at age 16) chose to work in retail sales. Because he bagan his career as a retailer, he learned the value of service. The knowledge of how to care for customers is ingrained into the core of his personality.

In his 20’s, Tony foundsed dozens of successful businesses and soon reached millionaire status. While some might chalk such success up to being in the right place at the right time, there can be no question that Tony also invested a great deal of hard work, determination and dedication. In 1988, the tax laws dramatically changed and oil prices plummeted…as did Tony’s portfolio and net worth. Nearly penniless and completely disheartened, Tony nevertheless refused to surrender. He redirected his ambition and began pursuing a career as a consultant and seminar leader to share best practices gleaned from his personal experiences as a business leader. This was a path he successfully followed for many years.

By 1994, Tony had developed into a global training expert. He then founded High Performance Resources, which at that time had a strong training focus. Tony’s organization was a Tier 2 supplier to many of the world’s largest companies, literally developing and launching hundreds and hundreds of major training initiatives.

Always growing and improving, Tony felt he had found his calling and began nurturing the Mr. Presentation™ brand. By 1996, his career and company had completely exploded: Tony was training and consulting around the globe (5 continents and 34 countries!) and managed offices in Los Angeles, Detroit, Dallas and Taipei, Taiwan. In 1997, he began publishing a series of books and resources and started collaborating with experts such as Zig Ziglar and Ken Blanchard.

Desiring to offer more value to his clients in a shorter amount of time, Tony decided to redirect and concentrate his efforts. Tony closed all of his offices and constructed the Success Acceleration Studio on his estate in Flower Mound, Texas. This unique facility provides the resources, business acumen, and documented best practices of 20 years of Tony’s career. He soon began coaching the CEOs and top executives of companies such as Ford, Sam’s Club, Texaco, Shell, Wal-Mart, and New York Life.

In 2001, Tony launched his intellectual property company, TJHPR, based on his core belief that “Life is a Series of Presentations.” Simultaneously, he spearheaded the development of the Mr. Presentation Wizard™ software, based on the revolutionary success of his 3-D Outline™.

Today Tony is known as the world’s foremost presentation strategist. His greatest current priorities include: delivering dynamic sessions, sharing his success philosophies through his publications, and his ministry work. He is known by his signature dollar bill pads, which he freely shares during his sessions symbolizing his commitment to return on investment. His motto, which is also his mission and the motivation of his team, is “Give Value—Do More Than Expected.” Consistently succeeding with this objective continues to be one of his greatest career satisfactions.
